On May 26 at 11am, tourism officials and local railroad enthusiasts, better known as  railfans  will gather in the historic Orange County Train Depot to launch their stanley cup  new Railfan tour guide  Tracks Through Time . The guide includes a map and GPS waypoint references to all the sites, plus the notes and stories about their past and present. Verizon and ATT have pledged to stop providing information on phone owners locations to data brokers, stepping back from a business practice that has drawn criticism for endangering privacy.The data has apparently allowed outside companies to pinpoint the location of wireless devices without their owners knowledge or consent.
