GCM allows you easily set many game settings without the need of additional ESPs or console commands.
功能是——告别控制台指令和大量独立ESP，简单清爽地调整游戏中各种细节。
N网 33759，本体（257kb）+机械大师支持补丁（1kb）下载时一定注意是两个文件
作者是Zzyxzz，“Better Locational Damage 更好部位伤害”，“Give Me That Bottle 给我那个瓶子”，“Better Power Armor 动力甲功能优化”的作者，都是我的常驻mod，品质有保障。
这里推荐一波作者其他mod，尤其是BLD和BPA，前者有更真实的爆头断腿效果，后者让动力甲效果大幅拟真——完整的动力甲功能强大，抵抗绝大部分伤害、吸收爆炸、免疫辐射等等，而破损或未全套着装的，就被大幅削弱。

目前可以做到的事情：
Barter -
(buy and sell settings)
交易-
设定买卖相关的数值。
Character -
(Adjust character attributes and formulas)
角色
调整角色的属性和SPECIAL效果（快跑、跳高，七围加点对属性和perk的影响）
DLC -
(Covers only Automatron right now: Disable robot encounters, adjust chances, etc.)
DLC
目前仅支持机械大师（独立ESL文件），可以开关/调节遭遇机器人的概率，等等。
Difficulty -
(Change the difficutly of each difficutly setting on the fly!)
难度
调整每个难度的······难度。
Experience -
(Change the exp gain from crafting)
经验
从打造/建筑中得到的经验值
Gameworld -
(Respawn settings)
世界
设定关于地点刷新的细节
Legendary -
(Adjust legendary chances/spawn rate)

NPCs -

调整NPC的额外生命值，投掷手雷的频率，关闭“spidy sense dodge”（不知道啥意思，黑客帝国一样的躲子弹？）
Quests & Factions -
(Covers only BoS for now. Adjust quest item chances and reward amount, unlock railroad armor mods)
任务与阵营
只覆盖了兄弟会，调整任务物品概率和奖励。解锁铁路装甲修改（防弹布？）。
Power Armor -
(Power drain settings, durability settings and settings for the jetpack)
动力甲
能量消耗，耐久，喷气背包
Random Encounter -
(Disable random encounters, adjust frequency, set level conditions etc.)
随机遇敌
开关，调整频率，调整等级，等等
Skills -
(Pickpocket max chance, Hacking settings to set the number of words, lockpick settings)
技能
最大盗窃成功率，解锁和骇客修改，比如密码单词数量什么的
Sneak -
(Sneak damage multiplier, reverse pickpocket, detection settings)
潜行
潜行伤害倍率，给敌人裤裆塞雷，被侦测难易度
Sound -
(Settings to allow you to disable combat music or tweak it)
声音
开关战斗音乐，或着改动它
Time -
(Timescale, gamehour, fast travel speed)

现实时间比例，游戏中时长，快速旅行速度
VATS -
(VATS activation distance[can be used to disable VATS!], timeslow, damage reduction)
超级瞄准已部署
启动距离（可以用来关闭VATS！），时间放慢率，瞄准时减伤
Visual Settings -
(Gun shells lifetime, debri amount, ironsight blur)
视觉设定
弹壳保存时间，碎片数量，铁瞄时的模糊
