Sim Settlements - Rise of the Commonwealth





简介:找个包工头,让他负责建设聚落!自己愉快的去冒险!

干tmd的b社 真是丢人。。
龙腾3路人主角在怎么路人还能在战争会议去指挥军队干活,不用操心鸡毛蒜皮的小事
到了FO4老冰棍搞了个帮派也还是个换个姿势通马桶。

The Why

The theme of Fallout 4 has always been hope and rebuilding, but the effort to rebuild all of the settlements is gargantuan.


The How

Version 3.0 and Rise of the Commonwealth aim to give you more tools to act as the leader and free you up to get out and conquer the Wastelands.



Settler Constructed Cities:

You can now put others, such as your companions, in charge of running settlements. They will build them up so that settlers can move in and create a city. Much like plots, the cities will upgrade over time as they mature and are given enough time and resources.
Create your own upgrading cities with the upcoming City Designer's Toolkit which will allow you to release your own upgradeable city designs!


Interior Plots:

All 6 core plot types now support a new Interior version which are designed for placing inside of existing structures, or snapped inside of your own creations. They're even height capped so you can stack them as much as you like!


Dynamic Soundscape
The background and ambient noises will change dynamically to reflect the contents of your settlements so that Farms sound like farms, commercial hubs sound like busy markets, and industrial complexes are roaring with the sounds of industry.


Recruitment Control:

You can now take control of how settlers are brought to your settlement with automatic capping, and options to override the default Charisma limits.


Tax Overhaul:

[Optional] The tax system now has widespread effects on your settlements, touching everything from defense spending, to upgrade rates, to happiness, and production.


Donation System:

Donate all of your extra supplies, junk, and equipment to your settlement to boost your defenses, happiness, and temporary boosts to food and water.
Visitor System:

As your cities progress, visitors will be drawn to them to make your settlements feel more lively and generate extra income at your stores.




An In-Depth Series of Videos Will be released over the coming days describing all of the systems involved.






The Future

Rise of the Commonwealth greatly expands the framework for Sim Settlements and is just the beginning of much more to come!

Current plans include:

Built-in designs for all settlements (release version supports 24 settlements).
Unlockable city-service buildings.
Leadership trait system.






FAQ


Q - Will you release an all-in-one version with the main mod and the expansion packs?
A - Yes, after the bugs have been worked out of Rise of the Commonwealth, an all-in-one version will be released.



Known Issues

Occasional items will spawn in the incorrect place, please report them on the SimSettlements.com forum.

「让你的定居者建立和升级整个定居点,重新成为唯一的幸存者,而不是唯一的建造者!」(这就是SIM那个作者自己做的东西呀

我觉得SIM有可能成为辐射5的系统之一,以前聚落这玩意就是新维加斯的一个mod,很受欢迎,我玩过,之后在辐射4就看到这聚落的系统了
话说老冰棍的确无法和路人主角比,唉……人家至少还有战争议会,我们老冰棍就只有马桶刷……

我估计着fo4的建设系统是在我的世界火了以后和fo nv 据点mod除了以后就有意向的。
b设最近从上古5 到fo4 可玩内容都是缩水,如果不再搞个自己建设内容压根就对不起3a定位。。

rpg城堡建设系统在远古欧美rpg也有(上古5不就是有个dlc就是修房子么)。。不过最近演变的样子是DAI那样,可建设东西不多,基本框架都给你造好了,玩家选择就是建设方向和少量装饰而已。。

不想做任务,数值平衡也是一团糟,始终解决不了地图大而空沙盘痼疾的b社该咋办呢?
在fo4推出前市面上修房子 生存模式做的这么火怎么办?灵光一现做个修房生存啊,让那群人自high去!


结果fo4这种连个视角都做不好就出来丢人现眼的玩意,充分展示了b社自信啊。。


也是第一个卖收费dlc,最近又搞mod收费的b社没点自信干嘛么。。看看fo4 本体还能说赶工,dlc做成这样 啧啧。。


反正我眼中b社和 威望迪 ea已经成了欧美三熊了,不过没后者这么烂而已。。
