Repairable objects now all have the correct keyword so they cannot be scrapped instead of repairing (as of v1.3 this is added via script so I don't have to remember to add the keyword with new items).

Most repairable objects now have their own scrap recipes so they can be tweaked to make the repairs costs more realistic (this is something I plan to do in the future, but this makes it much easier to do or for anyone else to make a patch that tweaks repairs costs). This is still a WIP.

All Rebuild mods using this new plugin will have previsibines regenerated in a separate plugin, but that plugin will be included in the main download. Not using the previs patches causes a lot of issues so I'm hoping this will make folks realize that it's not really optional.

Plugin is now a true ESM. Since this plugin does not touch any vanilla records, it is best to be set up as an ESM.
