This is intended to be a community driven location guide for More Uniques - Unique Weapons Expansion Mod by Noptasis/KosorsomesayKosm (bethesda.net username)
I love riddles and scavenger hunt type stuff so when I found the More Uniques mod I was pretty stoked. I was able to find a couple pretty quickly since the locations are appropriate for each weapon but there are many references that I just don't get. I'm hoping as a community we can put our collective brains together to find all the cool weapons the mod authors have hidden out there for us. I don't want this to be a straight up "Go to this room at this location" kind of guide since most of the fun in this mod is based on the hunt. But I also understand some people don't have the time or patience to run around endlessly looking for one gun or another. So I'm planning to make a list of each weapon along with a riddle or hint and then a spoiler tagged explicit location.
So far I've only found a couple so that's where the guide will start. If you've found one that isn't listed, please leave a comment and I'll update the main post and give you credit for finding it. When you leave a comment you can do a riddle/hint, an explicit location or both. However, if you leave an explicit location please use spoiler tags so others don't run across something unintentionally.

Update 9/21/16: Noptasis released version 1.2 yesterday so it looks like we've got a few more items to find. From what I gathered there are 4 new weapons and it looks like 2 new clothing/armor items. He's also indicated that there are a couple located in Far Harbor and we haven't found any of those yet. Thanks again to everyone who's contributed so far, keep 'em coming!
Update 9/23/16: Well Noptasis is certainly trying to keep us busy. Version 2.0 has been released which fixed a few bugs and added 7 new weapons. By my rough count we've got about 11 9 items still out there that haven't been found yet. You guys keep them coming and I'll keep adding them. Might even try to find a couple more myself!
Update 9/26/16: Version 2.3 is now available. Noptasis has indicated that there are over 45 weapons total, of which we've found 41.
Update 9/30/16: As of the current version 2.4, all items pictured on the mod page have been located. However, Noptasis has said there are over 45 items in the mod and we're currently at 44. Looks like there are still a couple to be discovered.
1. Superheated Saturnite Fist
Hint: Where would you find something forged from superheated metal?
Spoiler: Saugus Ironworks Blast Furnace where you rescued Jake Finch.
2. Saturnite Fist - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: It's been speculated that the idea for this weapon originated in Rivet City, but its creator lacked the resources to build it. Until she made her way to the Commonwealth, that is.
Spoiler: In Advanced Systems in the Institute.
3. Gigaton Blow
Hint: There are two places you're likely to find a boxing glove. You'll find this one near Paul Revere.
Spoiler: Boxing gym unmarked location between the Old North Church and Pickman's Gallery.
4. Peace Pipe
Hint: Find one of your allies traveling the Commonwealth. He'll protect you...for a price.
Spoiler: Purchased from traveling caravanner Lucas Miller.
5. The Arnold - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: The wannabe soldier gang of raiders have some pretty neat weapons, don't they?
Spoiler: Gunners Plaza, on the upper level of the outside part. Check where the missile launcher/fat man wielding Gunners are hiding.
6. It Ain't Me - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: Start hanging out with the armored folks at Boston Airport, you should run into it when you do some work for them.
Spoiler: Found it in the Fort Strong Armory, during the "Show No Mercy" quest with the Brotherhood of Steel to clear the location.
7. Rip and Tear - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: Sounds like a super mutant's two favorite activities. Find the king in his castle of junk.
Spoiler: In the vicinity of Scrap Palace, near the Glowing Sea, you should be ambushed by a unique and tough super mutant. Even though he uses a different melee weapon he has it on his corpse.
8. Folding Chair - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: Home sweet home. Well, close enough, anyway.
Spoiler: It's leaning against one of the Sanctuary houses. Walk across the street from the Sole Survivor's house and go one house to the left. On the left side of the house (if you're facing the front) should be the folding chair.
9. Three Mile - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: This meltdown may not be on an island, but it is definitely in a sea.
Spoiler: It's located in the Decayed Reactor Site in the Glowing Sea, on the body of a Child of Atom.
10. Hunka Hunka Burning Love - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: Find this where your first met a hunk. And someone else with whom you made love.
Spoiler: It's in the Third Rail in Goodneighbor, in the room where you meet MacCready.
11. AER15 Prototype Pistol - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: Lend your neighbor a helping hand and you'll be rewarded.
Spoiler: It's in a box in USAF Satellite Station Olivia.
12. Heartbreak Hotel - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: This weapon found a new place to dwell, but it was not its namesake. It was instead in a place a bit more holy. This spot got all shook up by the atom bombs.
Spoiler: Hopesmarch Pentecostal Church, in the Glowing Sea, in the safe that requires a key. There's a vanilla note that'll lead you to the key.
13. Sentenza - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: Who said the art of Old West revolver duels was dead? The Southwestern Commonwealth champion of the sport awaits new challengers.
Spoiler: In the Glowing Sea, almost directly south of the Vertibird Wreckage, is a tough legendary boss called 'The Man with No Name'. He might use a generic legendary weapon, but will have the revolver on his corpse.
14. Dismantled Fire Hydrant Bat - found by /u/Spacedroner
Hint: A bit unwieldy for a normal super mutant, perhaps even a behemoth. Perhaps there are stronger varieties to hunt for in places of high radiation.
Spoiler: This encounter is pretty tough. Make your way west of the Skylanes Flight 1665 wreckage and you'll bump into a pack of super mutants. They're all remarkably high level and come with behemoths as well. Among them is a uniquely named Behemoth called 'Johann' who uses and drops this weapon.
15. Little Round Top - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: You'll find this where you make your first stand, at a shrine to those who made their stand for America.
Spoiler: Inside the Museum of Freedom in the room with the redcoat mannequins.
16. The Road Warrior - found by /u/rebel128 and /u/Icey_princess
Hint: Mad Max must have stopped for a fill up before the bombs fell. Now the place is deserted, save a radscorpion or two.
Spoiler: At the Red Rocket in the Glowing Sea. Open the garage door and find the box in the buried van.
17. Fear No Anvil
Hint: It looks like this hammer was used create the Superheated Saturnite Fist. You'll find it nearby.
Spoiler: Saugus Ironworks Blast Furnace where you rescued Jake Finch.

Hint: The Hulkster must have been practicing his big leg drop...on robots?
Spoiler: Inside the Madden's Gym at the General Atomics Galleria.
19. Veridian Fate - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: In a barren land between a factory and Atlantic you'll find a great bear.
Spoiler: Found on a giant yao guai named Fei Tsui Guai Wang just west of the Capsized Factory in the Glowing Sea.
20. Will-o'-the-Wisp Pistol - found by /u/Skullriot
Hint: Find this spirited gun at the site of the trials.
Spoiler: Top floor of the Museum of Witchcraft in a box.
21. Rodd Howard - found by /u/Skullriot
Hint: You'll find this near Phase 3.
Spoiler: Mass Fusion, next to the main reactor.
22. Klaatu Barada Nikto - found by /u/Skullriot
Hint: You can't shop here anymore but there are plenty of parking spots. As long as you bring the Rad-X.
Spoiler: Inside the Parking Garage of the Super Duper Mart in the Glowing Sea. You'll find the gun locked in a security cage near a cooking station surrounded by ferals.
23. Pride of the East - found by /u/Skullriot
Hint: Find this where there be monsters.
Spoiler: In the Yangtze, through the cafeteria in a storage area to the right, on a top shelf.
24. Wallace the Mad - found by /u/Gamefreak2350
Hint: Deep in the southern swamps it belongs to a Queenslayer.
Spoiler: At Murkwater Construction Site a high level naked man named MacGregor is using it to fight the Mirelurk Queen.
25. All-Rounder - found by /u/Hammelj
Hint: Don't leave home without it.
Spoiler: Under the bridge in Sanctuary.
26. Bardiche Beam - found by /u/Skullriot
Hint: Walk the perimeter at ground zero.
Spoiler: Northeast from the large metal shack at the Crater of Atom you'll find a car with a safe in the front seat along with some fusion cores on the ground.
27. Scottish Resistance - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: This is located all the way up in the same place where you took your First Step...probably.
Spoiler: On top of the Corvega Assembly Plant, laying next to some brown pipes on the east side of the building.
28. Loco-Motion - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: Might want to take a tour of some of the rail and subway stations, given the name. Specifically, look to the south.
Spoiler: One of the trains in West Roxbury Station can now be walked through all the way. At the end is a named Deathclaw and this weapon.
29. Chum Cannon - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: Where might you find lots of material for chum?
Spoiler: After you head down the elevator at Mahkra Fishpacking, it's under a conveyor belt to your left.
30. Specialist - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: High up in a very explosive location.
Spoiler: Sentinel Site, in a safe placed on a set of railings about as far up as you can go. AFAIK, it can only be reached with a jetpack.
31. Ishmael - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: A ship that pays attention to certain signs isn't going to wreck itself. I wonder about this one.
Spoiler: In a shipwreck somewhat northeast of Kingsport Lighthouse.
32. INFINITE FREEDOM - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: You'll need a key, which is in an early-game location with an interesting bedroom scene and more interesting bathroom scene. There should be a hint on a note nearby telling you where the matching chest is.
Spoiler: The key is in a suitcase in one of the upstairs bedrooms of the Concord Speakeasy (the one with a skeleton sleeping with a mannequin). The matching chest is located on a bunk in The Vessel's crypt area.
33. Second Opinion - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: If you find Far Harbor's (least) favorite cannibal you're on the right track. Head further south and take the road less traveled to claim your reward.
Spoiler: Head south along the road from Echo Lake Lumber Mill. Shortly afterward, a dirt road splits off. Follow that until you see a wrecked house. Second Opinion is sitting in a broken refrigerator nearby.
34. Brutus - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: High up by the entrance to a place ruled by someone that values something Brutus didn't.
Spoiler: On the roof of the building next to the entrance to the Bradberton Amphitheater in Nuka-Town USA. Don't get too close to the edge adjacent to the entrance, though, or you'll automatically zone in.
35. Ivory Baithook - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: It's in the depths of a sea god's power.
Spoiler: This is in the lowest section of Poseidon Energy, stashed by a safe in a broken pipe underwater. Be careful with this one; the water's murky and if you jostle the Baithook, it floats to the top of the pipe.
36. Atom's Radiance - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: The Mariner wants you to clear out some raiders for her in one of her quests. You might want to head to the location on foot.
Spoiler: A bit north of the M.S. Azalea, right around where the road loops on the map, there are a group of Children of Atom that appear to be trying to bury a safe in the sand (they may instead be fighting the local wildlife). Check the safe.
37. Cornchild - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: Take a walkabout at the roundabout.
Spoiler: Hanging on a branch on the giant tree in Sanctuary. If its not on the tree check the ground around it.
38. Ancient Anchor - found by /u/rebel128
Hint: This one's pretty much where you'd expect it to be. Stay light on your feet and watch out for the funny foreigners.
Spoiler: At the wreck of the FMS Northern Star, underwater on the side that faces the lighthouse. It blends in well with the boat so look hard.
39. Quantum Entanglement Pistol - found by /u/Balruk
Hint: CIT apparently had some legal problems in development of this weapon and needed help. They went straight to the top.
Spoiler: On the rooftop of the Campus Law Offices, about as high up as you can go.
The following section contains some weapons that are implemented differently than many of the other ones above. All of the following are carried by NPCs from the DLCs. Since these can't be found out in the world there won't be a clue to their location. If you'd like to try to find some for yourself, just go frisk every important character in Nuka-World and Far Harbor and you'll probably find some!
It appears that these weapons are pick pocket-able from the NPCs who carry them but they may not show up in their inventory if you've already completed the DLCs. Thanks to /u/rebel128 for this info. If you happen to be in this situation you can add the weapons via the console. Just type "help <weapon name> 4 weap" without quotes to get the base ID, then do "player.additem <base ID>".
